WHY YOU
SHOULD ATTEND: |  | Fund raising is all about developing relationships and the Development Institute works from this basic principle. You will have the opportunity to:
- Learn from and share with peers in roundtable discussions and informal conversations.
- Interact with major donors to Catholic campus ministry centers to help you understand how to develop relationships.
- Receive valuable information from experienced fund raisers who have established successful fund raising programs – what works and what does not work – in small workshops with time for answers to your questions.
- Grow in your understanding of fund raising, while at the same time, encouraging growth in your relationship with God.

NEW ATTENDEE ORIENTATION: |  | Come and meet others new to development and learn what to expect from your first Development Institute. The orientation begins at 8:45 a.m. ET on Tuesday, June 26 at the Millennium Hotel-St. Louis and will be lead by a panel of Development Institute Committee members who have been where you are. They will provide great advice for the week and offer practical information that you can use year round. |

CANCELLATION POLICY: |  | Full refunds will be made for cancellations received at least 30 days prior to the Development Institute. CMA will retain a $100 administration fee for cancellations made before May 28. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after June 11. |

ACCOMMODATIONS: |  | Millennium Hotel: Rates are $84 per night plus tax for single and double occupancy. Reservations will be accepted beginning in April. All rooms are non-smoking and accessible with coffee makers, hair dryers, ironing boards and irons and high-speed internet access. Other amenities include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, fitness center, business center, two great restaurants, lounge and coffee bar.

REGISTRATION
& SCHEDULE: |  | Registration will be held from 8 to 9:45 a.m. CT on Tuesday, June 26 at the Millennium Hotel, 200 S. Fourth St., St. Louis, Missouri 63102. The New Attendee Orientation follows at 8:45 a.m. and the welcome and first general session will begin at 10 a.m. The Institute will close with lunch, evaluations and closing remarks ending at approximately 2 p.m. ET, on Friday, June 29. |
