Internal Management
| Purpose: The purpose of the Internal Management Committee is to oversee responsible leadership and management of CCMA through effective organizational systems, human resources, metrics and stewardship; pursue excellence through engaged, prayerful participation in formation, networks and the sharing of resources, and building a firm foundation for advocacy within and among Church leaders on behalf of Catholic Ministry in Higher Education. |

| Purpose: The purpose of the Formation and Education Committee is to support, recommend, and evaluate quality professional, spiritual, and theological formation for association members in order to enhance the abilities and effectiveness of campus ministers; to engage in opportunities for professional, spiritual and theological formation and education which lead to competence and credibility within the Church and higher education; and to pursue excellence through engaged, prayerful participation in formation, networks and the sharing of resources, building a firm foundation for advocacy within and among Church leaders on behalf of Catholic Ministry in Higher Education. |

National Advancement Council |

| Purpose: The National Advancement Council, through its work as advocate, resource finder and consultant, serves in an advisory capacity to the Executive Director and the Development Director to further CCMA’s mission, to support its continuing improvement and to ensure its future success. With overall responsibility for philanthropy program strategy, the Council, consisting of representation from different regions of the United States, works closely with the Executive Director and the Director of Development to promote giving to CCMA and to increase the number of donors and aggregate contributions. |

| Purpose: The purpose of the Visionary Catholic Ministry in Higher Education Ad-Hoc Committee is to develop resources, research and training for executive leaders of Catholic ministry in higher education in order to equip these directors with tools, skills and research necessary to establish transformative centers of ministry, integrating lessons learned from the VCM initiative to help advance CCMA’s mission and vision. |
